Vendor Form

Vendor Signup Information and Form: You must agree to the terms to secure your booth space:

  • Date: Saturday, June 7th, 2025
  • Set up: 6-9am
  • Shopping time: 9-4pm
  • Take down: 4-5:30pm to clear the lawn area for the evening activities **No early takedowns please
  • Please clean up after yourself- remove trash, water bottles, etc...
  • Vendor spaces are 12X12. You may purchase more than one spot if needed.
  • Vendor space fees are $25 per 12x12 spot
  • Vendors are responsible for tents, tables, chairs, your own self-run generators, etc.
  • Booth space fees are non-refundable.
  • Spaces are first come, first serve. We do not allow duplicate companies. There will be instances when vendors do have the same types of items, but we do not allow duplicate companies (etc: only one Color Street vendor, but another booth might sell different nail art) Please do not set up under one company, and then sell for an additional company at your booth without disclosing the other company. Check the Vendor/Food Truck Participants list FIRST! If you have submitted a payment but someone of the same company got the space first, we will contact you for your refund.
  • If you need to pay by check, your space will only be held for 7 days! If your check is not received within 7 days, the space becomes open again.
  • If your company name is different than the company you sell for, you MUST disclose the company you sell for. For example: Your company name is Organize with Sally, but you sell Tupperware..
  • We will be having a raffle for shoppers- raffles help bring in customers. Would you like to donate an item to the raffle basket? If so please indicate on the form that you will donate. Items will be collected the morning of the event. Be sure to attach your contact info to your raffle item. The money from the raffle will help fund the Leopard Life Scholarship.
  • If you are selling any sort of food items, please inquire first before you pay. You might need to purchase a spot in the food truck area.
  • After you pay, we will not send out any other info until just before the event.
  • If you agree to these terms, please CLICK HERE to fill out the form. AFTER you submit the form, you will be redirected to the payment page. You can pay online via Paypal, which accepts credit cards. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. You can also pay via Venmo or check.
